What’s new: What If, now on the Mac

Test a decision before you make it, right from the menu bar. Plus faster sync and a calmer dark mode.

What If started as the most-loved feature on iPhone. Starting today it is on the Mac too, one click away in the menu bar.

What is new

  • Run What If scenarios from the menu bar popover

  • Faster sync between iPhone and Mac

  • A calmer dark mode with better contrast for small text

Pick a scenario like moving money to savings or switching to a cheaper flat, and watch the ninety-day line redraw on your desktop. Close it, and everything stays in sync on your phone.

Testing a decision before you make it should be as quick as checking the time.

Update from the Mac App Store. As always, the update is free for everyone on Horizon and Household.
