1. Using Fathom
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Use Fathom only for your own personal or household finances, and keep your login details safe.
2. Subscriptions and trials
Glance is free. Horizon and Household are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through the App Store. Free trials convert to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe. You can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
3. Forecasts are estimates
Fathom projects your balance from past and scheduled activity. Forecasts can be wrong, and they are not financial, tax or investment advice. Always check important decisions with your bank or a qualified adviser.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, or reverse engineer the apps.
5. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Fathom accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
6. Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
