1. Who we are
Fathom Labs, Inc. (“Fathom”, “we”) makes the Fathom apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac and runs this website.
2. What we collect
Account details you give us, such as your name and email address.
Financial data you choose to connect, such as balances and transactions, received through read-only bank connections.
Basic usage data, such as which features are used and crash reports, collected without advertising identifiers.
3. How we use it
To calculate your forecast, send the alerts you turn on, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not use your financial data for advertising, and we never sell it.
4. Read-only bank connections
We connect to banks through regulated providers using read-only access. Fathom cannot move, send or spend money, and we never see your bank password.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run Fathom, under contracts that limit how they can use it, or when the law requires it.
6. Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings, and we remove it from our systems within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, move or delete your data, and to object to certain uses. Contact us and we will help.
